Who Are Innerwall Company Drafters?
Innerwall’s drafters are non-licensed technical illustrators who produce detailed shop drawings for metal cladding projects both domestically within the United States and internationally.
Is a Deposit Required?
A deposit of 50% may be required for projects of significant value. For first-time clients, full payment is generally required in advance. Additionally, larger projects may necessitate progress payments at biweekly intervals.
Do You Guarantee Your Work?
Yes. Our objective is to deliver shop drawings that meet approval standards and of which our clients can be confident. We guarantee satisfaction with our work. Should any errors arise due to our oversight, corrective measures will be undertaken at no additional cost. Adjustments deemed within the original scope of work are typically provided without charge; however, revisions outside the original scope will be evaluated and quoted separately.
Who Bears Responsibility for Drawing Accuracy?
The client retains responsibility for the thorough review and verification of the drawings to ensure they align with project requirements. Innerwall drafters act as technical illustrators and do not assume liability for dimensional inaccuracies, compliance issues, or omissions related to project scope. Clients are urged to review all submissions meticulously and communicate any necessary amendments promptly so that revisions can be scheduled accordingly.
What Are the Payment Terms?
Invoices for most projects are due upon receipt. Based on established creditworthiness and the duration of our business relationship, select clients may be extended NET 20 payment terms. We accept credit card payments via PayPal.
Please Note: Payment is due following initial delivery of the drawings, not contingent upon final approval. Projects exceeding two weeks in duration may require bi-monthly progress payments. Revisions are addressed on a per-project basis.
What File Formats Are Required to Initiate Shop Drawings?
As a drafting firm, Innerwall requires digital file submissions. DWG files accompanied by a complete set of PDFs are necessary to commence work. In the absence of DWG files for the scope of work, a file conversion fee may be assessed, or the project may be declined. Should a signed Electronic File Transfer Agreement be required to ensure confidentiality and restrict file use, please advise us accordingly.
